Manuel is Head of Knowledge and Insights at ISTARI and Oxford University’s Saïd Business School. Before joining ISTARI, he completed a DPhil (the Oxford equivalent of a PhD) in Cybersecurity and Strategic Management at the University of Oxford. His research, which examines organisational resilience in the wake of cyber attack, is published in academic and practitioner journals and won several awards.
