Neil Kaufman is an ISTARI Client Partner in the Americas region. He has over 25 years of experience enabling organizations to identify, measure, manage, mitigate, and monitor business, operational, digital, and cyber risk.

Prior to joining ISTARI he led EY’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) practice for the East, as well as nationally leading the Business Continuity Management (BCM) practice. He helps clients strategically integrate and embed risk and resiliency management capabilities throughout their organizations. Neil works with C-suites and Boards of global clients to assess, evaluate, implement, and monitor their risk and resiliency programs to optimize their financial, operational and compliance performance. 

Neil is an innovator and has been recognized as “Consultant of the Year” for creating original risk aligned initiatives and for bringing best in-class performance driven and integrated solutions to Fortune 500 clients. Previously, Neil has held various leadership roles at PwC, Marsh, Lehman Brothers and Toronto Dominion Bank.
