An accomplished academic and author, Lucas is currently an Associate Professor at Oxford University, where he directs the Academic Centre of Excellence in Cyber Security Research, with a research focus on technology and global affairs. He has authored two bestsellers on cybersecurity, “The Virtual Weapon and International Order” and “Striking Back: The End of Peace in Cyberspace and How to Restore It.” Lucas advises ISTARI on thought leadership and eduction.
