Shira is a cyber-security entrepreneur and investor. She is an Executive Advisor at ISTARI.
Her technological training dates back to her military service in the 8200 Elite Technology Unit of the Israeli Intelligence (2002-2004). She is the founder and owner of Cyverse AG (2016-Present), a Swiss company that distributes next-gen, best-in-breed cyber-defence solutions to multinational enterprises, which has generated tens of millions of USD in revenues for global cyber-security startups.
Shira has invested to-date into 41 early-stage Israeli cyber-security, AI and quantum software startups, and successfully exited 11 of them. In 2024, Shira founded Qino Cyber Capital Ltd. to institutionalise her investments, together with a circle of distinguished investors from Zurich, Vienna, Frankfurt, Munic, Paris, Milano and St Moritz.
Shira is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader (2017), and has been recognised by the Swiss Bilanz “100 Top Digital Shapers” Hall of Fame (2020, 2021, 2022).
She holds a B.A. in Government from Harvard University (2004-2008), and an MBA in Finance and Banking from St Gallen University in Switzerland (2012-2014). She is the graduate of the YGL Educational Module on Reglobalisation for Sustainability and Equity at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore (2023).
