Curtis Dalton is a seasoned cybersecurity executive, founder, and board advisor with over 30 years of experience building and scaling high-growth security organisations. A former member of ISTARI Global’s Executive Leadership Team and now Executive Advisor, he founded and led the Americas business, transforming it into the company’s top revenue-producing region.
Previously, Curt ran Protiviti’s global Security & Privacy practice, leading more than 400 professionals and a USD 135m P&L, growing the business significantly ahead of the market. He has held senior leadership roles at Accenture, Sapient, and Pactera, and has founded and successfully exited a cybersecurity consultancy serving Fortune 500 clients. Curt now advises boards, founders, and executives, bringing a rare blend of technical depth, commercial acumen, and execution-focused leadership.
