Rachel is a senior executive leader and advisor with extensive experience across technology, digital, cyber security, and enterprise risk, working alongside boards and executive teams within complex, global, and regulated environments.
Her background includes senior leadership roles within the Office of the COO and as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), supporting executive leadership on digital resilience, cyber risk, and critical decision-making. She brings deep cross-industry experience advising organisations where trust, continuity, and resilience are mission-critical.
Additionally, Rachel has served as a National Cyber Advisory Board (NCAB) member for the UK Cabinet Office, contributing independent insight on cyber security and national resilience.
