Soroush Fini is Senior Legal Counsel and Director of Partnerships at ISTARI, where he oversees the company’s legal function across both its commercial advisory platform and its Temasek-funded investment arm.
On the corporate and investment side, Soroush leads the legal execution of ISTARI’s direct investments, venture capital activities, and broader strategic transactions, working closely with internal stakeholders, portfolio companies, and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions. He supports the full lifecycle of deal structuring, documentation, and governance in alignment with Temasek’s institutional standards.
On the commercial side, he advises on all aspects of ISTARI’s client relationships, including master services agreements, complex advisory engagements, risk allocation, and delivery frameworks.
He also plays a central role in the development of ISTARI’s global partnership ecosystem, ensuring that strategic collaborations are structured with legal rigour, scalability, and long-term integrity.
