Bill is an ISTARI client partner in the Americas region. He has over 30 years of experience enabling organizations to manage and mitigate cyber risk. Over the course of his long and successful career, he’s held several senior executive and board positions. As a senior trusted advisor he serves clients in multiple industries including Financial Services; Energy; and Information and Communication Technology (ICT).  

Most recently Bill was Senior Vice President of Strategy for Mandiant, responsible for developing senior client relationships and board advisory services. Prior to that he was Division President of Chubb’s Global Cyber Risk Practice. He was also previously the lead Partner for Booz Allen Hamilton’s commercial Cyber Security Business.

Bill served as a Commissioned Officer in the US Army. He holds an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Drexel University and a B.S. degree in engineering from Widener University.
