Derek is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in growing businesses organically and through M&A across multiple sectors and international locations.

Derek qualified with KPMG and spent 6 years in Audit and Transaction Services before a decade with General Electric, including as CFO for their UK Commercial Finance business. He has held a number of General Management and Finance leadership roles in the UK and globally for both start-up and established businesses.
