As Chief Investment Officer, Harsh is responsible for investments, portfolio management, and divestments, delivering ISTARI's ambition of building a comprehensive and flexible end-to-end cybersecurity portfolio to support our clients' cyber resiliency journey. 

Harsh joined ISTARI from Sun Capital, where he was an operating partner and Group COO. With a background in private equity, Harsh brings deep experience as a value creation professional, helping build and scale great businesses both as an operator and an investor. Before Sun Capital, he held leadership roles at Numan, Sonder, BC Partners, and Amazon, all focused on scaling, growing, and creating value through technology transformation, building high-performing teams, and ensuring sales force effectiveness.
