Matthew is Chief Legal Officer for ISTARI, responsible for managing ISTARI’s legal and compliance affairs.

With approaching 30 years’ experience, Matthew has led teams and worked on M&A, regulatory, contractual and contentious legal matters across the globe in and for leading institutions and law firms.

He is a solicitor in England and in New South Wales and a graduate of King’s College, University of London.
