She has worked across multiple consulting firms, including the Big Four, serving global clients. Over the course of her career, Mitushi has advised more than 200 organisations worldwide—including several Fortune 50 companies—across diverse industries.

Mitushi brings deep expertise in modernising cybersecurity and technology risk programmes to align with the evolving demands of cloud- and AI-driven environments. With a strong focus on AI security and AI risk management, she has helped organisations embed trust, governance, and resilience into their AI adoption journeys. Her unique blend of experience across cybersecurity, machine learning, and automation enables her to help clients reimagine their cyber operating models—driving efficiency while staying ahead of an increasingly complex threat landscape.

Throughout her career, Mitushi has led the development and delivery of a wide range of cybersecurity and risk management services, including cyber maturity assessments, compliance and regulatory reviews, cyber strategy and governance, and third-party risk management. Her work is grounded in leading frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, COBIT, ITIL, SIG, GDPR, CCPA, and, most recently, ISO 42001 and NIST AI RMF.
