Rebecca Larpent is a global leader in talent and organizational development with 20 years' experience leading organisational strategy to deliver business outcomes - shaping culture, leading change, and developing teams and leaders.
As the Chief People & Transformation Officer, she works closely with the ISTARI CEO and leadership team to define strategy and lead the people and culture agenda. She also works with ISTARI's portfolio companies to create value through the organisational development agenda.
Prior to this, Rebecca spent over a decade in leadership roles at Thomson Reuters. As VP of Talent, she was responsible for leadership development for roughly 1,500 people and implemented a new culture framework for approximately 25,000 employees. Her international experience is highlighted by her role as Head of Talent for Emerging Markets, where she was based in Buenos Aires for over four years, working to integrate acquisitions, drive cultural change, and build diverse leadership teams. She began her career there as an HR Business Partner supporting technology and news divisions.
A qualified executive coach, Rebecca holds a first-class honours degree in French from the University of Bristol and professional proficiency in Spanish. Rebecca is adept at connecting the organisational agenda to deliver strategy, building companies people want to work in with leaders people want to work for.
