Shira Kaplan is a cyber-security entrepreneur and investor. Her technological training dates back to her military service in the 8200 Elite Technology Unit of the Israeli Intelligence (2002-2004). She is the founder and owner of Cyverse AG (2016-Present), a Swiss company that distributes next-gen, best-in-breed cyber-defense solutions to multinational enterprises, which has generated tens of millions of USD in revenues for global cyber-security startups. Shira has invested to-date into 41 early-stage Israeli cyber-security, AI and quantum software startups, and successfully exited 11 of them. In 2024, Shira founded Qino Cyber Capital Ltd. to institutionalise her investments, together with a circle of distinguished investors from Zurich, Vienna, Frankfurt, Munic, Paris, Milano and St Moritz. Shira is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader (2017), and has been recognised by the Swiss Bilanz “100 Top Digital Shapers” Hall of Fame (2020, 2021, 2022).
