Welcome Reception

The Summit
As companies and governments evolve into next generation or AI-first organisations, they face the twin challenge of securing their systems from threats accelerated by machines while empowering their people to feel confident teaming with machines. Against the backdrop of an unpredictable world order where state and non-state actors try to assert power through the infrastructure and supply chains that underpin the AI ecosystem, executive leadership is increasingly being held personally accountable for lapses in cyber governance and oversight. To meet and get ahead of these challenges, a new paradigm is needed to build resilient AI-first organisations. A paradigm of multi-layered defence in which leadership has the tools and processes to anticipate and adapt to these interconnected challenges.

In its fifth year, the Compass Summit will once again convene its unique community of cyber leaders with experts, academics and innovators to dig deeper into the dynamics and tech that could disrupt AI-first organisations, explore shared experiences of meeting security challenges, and strengthen the foundations of leadership for long term personal and organisational resilience.
