Welcome Reception
The Summit
We have entered an exponential age - where technologies like AI, quantum computing, and synthetic media are evolving faster than the ability of societies, institutions, and leaders to adapt, creating an “exponential gap” that challenges the very foundations of resilience. This accelerating change is reshaping geopolitics, competition, and risk itself.
For cyber leaders, the implications are profound. As the speed and scale of technological advancement multiply in an exponential age, so too do the velocity and sophistication of threats. Traditional approaches to security and governance are being outpaced. Resilience must therefore become dynamic - a capability that learns, adapts, and strengthens under stress - and become exponential itself.
Next year, the fifth annual edition of the COMPASS summit will explore how to lead and invest for resilience in this new era of exponential change. It will bring together leaders from business, government, and technology to ask: how can organisations and institutions not just withstand disruption, but harness it - turning resilience into a strategic advantage in the age of acceleration?
