Rashmy is the CEO of ISTARI - the Global Cybersecurity platform established by Temasek to help clients manage their digital risk in times of rapid digitalisation. It harnesses the collective power of the world’s leading cybersecurity companies, people and knowledge to work alongside clients to secure their business growth and earn digital trust.

Rashmy has held a number of global sales and marketing leadership roles in her career. She spent over two decades at IBM, where her most recent positions included global sales leader for IBM Security and Chief Marketing Officer for IBM NA. Prior to IBM, Rashmy served in the Indian Navy as the Deputy Director of Naval Design. She was the first female engineer to join the Navy and was commended by the President of India for her work in establishing the Indian Naval CAD/CAM centre.

Rashmy is passionate about building a culture of long-term client relationships and developing talent. She is an advocate for women in technology and sits on a number of boards. She is also a Fellow of the International Marketing Academy.

Rashmy graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. She and her husband live in London.

Lou is Chief People Officer for ISTARI and her role encompasses the full remit of strategic and operational people matters. Lou is also Talent Adviser for our portfolio companies.

Prior to ISTARI, Lou has had 30 years of experience in HR, including 9 years as a management consultant. Prior companies include Hg Capital, Actis Capital, Thomson Reuters, Microsoft, Hay Management (now Korn Ferry) and Ashurst.

Over the course of her career, Lou has held a variety of roles in HR, both generalist and specialist and in a variety of organisational contexts, in particular restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. She has considerable international experience through global roles and also having worked in Asia for 9 years, Australia and the United Kingdom.

Lou holds a Bachelor of Business (major in Information Technology) from Victoria University, Australia.

Jean-Claude (JC) Broido is ISTARI's Managing Director of Asia Pacific and Japan where he is responsible for ISTARI's Operations in the region.

JC has 30+ years of experience in Information and Cyber Security Technology during which he has advised many clients on technology led transformations, business resiliency and cyber security risks. Prior to joining ISTARI, JC held a number of roles at IBM, including Vice President of IBM Security, Asia Pacific, and Vice President Business Development for Cloud and Cognitive Solutions. Before IBM, JC spent 5 years in Tokyo as President of McAfee Japan.

JC received a Masters of Finance Degree from the London Business School and an Electronics Engineering Diploma from ENSICAEN.

Pierre is ISTARI's Managing Director of EMEA, responsible for operations in the region.

Pierre has over 30 years of international experience in Information Security, Data Privacy, and Enterprise Risk Management, during which he designed, built and operated complete Security environments for Governments and large conglomerates across industries. Pierre's prior roles include the Chief Security Officer for Microsoft Asia, and the Chief Security & Privacy Officer at Huawei Worldwide.

Pierre is in charge of the nation-wide Swiss Finance Service cybersecurity information sharing program and sits on the board of several established Fortune 200 companies and start-up organizations in the field of CyberSecurity and Privacy.

With 30 years of experience, Curtis has a long and distinguished career in cyber security and has worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Curtis was Global Technology Consulting Innovation Lead at Protiviti and prior to that he was Managing Director, North America Security Strategy & Risk Lead for Accenture. Other companies include Principal Security Group (which he founded and served as CEO) and Siemens. Curtis has served as an adviser on a number of boards.

Reuben is ISTARI's Head of M&A and Strategy, in charge of all ISTARI investments and portfolio management.

Reuben joined the Enterprise Development Group of Temasek in Nov 2015 and is currently on secondment from Temasek. During his time at the firm, he focused on M&A and value creation initiatives across a range of sectors including business services, energy, cyber security and Australia/New Zealand investments.

Prior to joining Temasek, he worked at Lazard in investment banking, and gained significant M&A transaction experience in Lazard’s Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore offices.

Reuben has an MBA from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Economics from the University of Queensland.

Abel joined ISTARI in October 2020 as Managing Director, Life Sciences and Industrials. ISTARI is a Temasek platform company focused on helping the best companies in the world manage down digital risk.

At Bayer, Abel was head of IT and Digital Transformation for Bayer Pharma Division since 2017, and member of Bayer Group IT Board. Before joining Bayer, Abel was Global CIO, Sandoz, a Novartis Division (2012-17) as well as head of IT for Novartis Technical Operations (~85 plants) looking after manufacturing, supply chain and quality. He was a member of the Novartis IT Board.

Past positions include Cemex (CIO EMEA), Dell (General Manager, Mexico) and Boston Consulting Group (Principal, Monterrey and Dallas offices). He holds a degree in electronics engineering from Tec de Monterrey, Mexico, and an MBA and Public Management degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Joe Hubback is the ISTARI Academy Global MD and Client Director for Northern Europe. Joe has a broad background including McKinsey & Company (where he was a partner and co-led the creation of their cybersecurity practice), he is a published independent cybersecurity analyst and has also held corporate leadership roles (as MD for North West Europe in Keller running a full P&L).

He started his career in the industrial sector as an engineer designing and installing electronic control and robotics systems. He is also passionate about entrepreneurship and is a trustee of the Centre for Entrepreneurs charity.

Mark Malecki is ISTARI's Chief Information Security Officer.

Prior to joining ISTARI, Mark held the position of CISO at McKinsey, where he also supported client engagements relating to cyber security matters. He has also held the position of CISO at QuantumBlack, a McKinsey owned company, and CISO at dunnhumby running their global security programme. He has worked in cyber security for over 20 years.

Mark graduated from the University of Royal Holloway with a Masters in Secure Electronic Commerce and a BSc in Psychology.

He will be working from our London office. Mark lives in West Oxfordshire, in the quintessentially english Cotswolds, with his wife and three children.

Team joined the Enterprise Development Group of Temasek in Jul 2015. During his time at the firm, Team has worked on investments and value creation initiatives for Temasek's existing portfolio companies, covering industries such as cyber security, business services, energy, and Australia & New Zealand.

Team has a BSc in International Management from the University of Warwick.

Maureen McGuire is an independent consultant with deep expertise in Marketing and Diversity & Inclusion.  She is currently consulting on brand and marketing with ISTARI – a new cybersecurity platform based in London and with Sidewalk Labs, a New York-based urban innovation company working to make cities more sustainable and affordable for all.

Appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Bloomberg LP in June 2009, McGuire held this role until June 2014 when she transitioned to an executive project role in the Chairman’s office of Bloomberg LP, primarily in the area of diversity and inclusion where she helped establish a global D&I function until her departure in late 2019.  From 2005 to 2008, McGuire was executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Sears and Kmart.  Prior to joining Sears, McGuire spent more than thirty years at the IBM Corporation in a variety of senior global marketing roles in the US and Europe.

McGuire won Fordham University’s award for Positive Marketing in 2014, was among Advertising Age’s Women to watch during 2008, was named 2003 Communicator of the Year by the Business Marketing Association, and 2002 Marketer of the Year by B2B Magazine.

McGuire earned an MA in English, French and Spanish from Glasgow University, Scotland and a postgraduate diploma in Commercial studies from Strathclyde University, Scotland.

McGuire is a member of the campaign leadership board at the University of Glasgow.  Before leaving the US in 2019 to move back to the UK, McGuire served as chair of the New York Philanthropy board of UNICEF and was a member of the board of advisors for Catalyst, the non-profit membership organization promoting opportunities for women in business.

Andrew is the Co-founder and Director of Prevalent.AI, and acts as an advisor to ISTARI.

Andrew's 30-year career at GCHQ culminated in the role of Deputy Director for Cyber Defence Operations. This included leading the UK's national cyber defence strategy, with responsibility for both policy and operations.

He went on to become the co-founder and CEO of DarkTrace and a co-founder of Cognevo, and is currently a strategic advisor to global banks, multinationals, threat intel providers and security startups.

David has extensive experience in the global financial services sector. At NAB, David was the Chief Security Officer (CSO) owning all aspects of Physical Security, Fraud, Investigations and Cyber Security. Prior to NAB, he was the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Royal Bank of Canada. David has been a senior leader at JP Morgan Chase & Co as Deputy Technology Controls Officer and Global Head of Technology Risk and Control. David has also held several senior roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), including CISO RBS Americas and Head of Information Security EMEA.

David was recently featured by The Top 100 Magazine as one of Australia's Top 50 Professionals.

Michael Diekmann is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Allianz SE, having served as Chairman of the Board of Management and CEO from 2003 to 2015. He is also Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA, and a member of the Supervisory Board of Siemens AG.

Mr. Diekmann currently serves as Chairman of the International Business Leaders Advisory Council for the Mayor of Shanghai (IBLAC), is a member of the Temasek European Advisory Panel, a member of ISTARI Global’s Advisory Board, a member of the International Advisory Committee of the SINO CCE Fund of SINO-CEEF Capital Management Company Ltd., and a member of the International Advisory Group of Linklaters LLP. He also is a mentor at the Chairman Mentors International Ltd (CMI).

Starting 1988 Mr. Diekmann held various management and board positions within Allianz with responsibilities for Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas. He studied law and philosophy at Georg-August-University in Göttingen, Germany, and graduated in 1982.

Ram brings over 25 years of experience in cyber, instant messaging platforms and intelligence systems. Before joining Sygnia, Ram was VP R&D at Goji Israel. Previously, he served in VP, CTO, business development and professional services positions at Ectel, Verint, and Verdasys; and consulted for companies such as Elbit and Nice. Ram also held senior positions in Unit 8200, the IDF’s elite cyber and intelligence unit. Tammie Tham is the Group CEO of Ensign InfoSecurity (Ensign), Asia's largest pure-play cybersecurity services firm.

Tammie is an industry veteran with many years of experience in the cybersecurity field. Prior to Ensign, she was the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Accel Systems & Technologies (Accel), a cybersecurity systems integrator.

Tammie has extensive experience running cyber businesses across the ASEAN region. She previously led the APAC Cyber Security Business at BT Frontline, a subsidiary of BT Global Services, where she was responsible for expanding its cyber business in ASEAN and building a footprint in Asia Pacific. Before that, Tammie was leading the ASEAN Security Practice at IBM.

Tammie is on the executive committee of SGTech, Singapore’s premiere infocomm industry association. She also sits on the Board of MediaCorp and the Singapore Institute of Technology. She is the Co-chair of the Cyber Security Agency's Cyber Security Awareness Alliance, which aims to enhance awareness and promote adoption of essential cybersecurity practices.

Jim Rosenthal is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BlueVoyant.

He was the Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley until 2017. At Morgan Stanley, he was responsible to the CEO and the Board of Directors for Cybersecurity. Jim is the recipient of the 2017 Critical Infrastructure Protection Award from the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center.

He was the Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Sheltered Harbor, a consortium of the major banks, securities firms, industry associations, and technology service providers with the mission of preserving systemic confidence in the US financial system in the event of a cyberattack. He is the past Chairman of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) where he founded and chaired its Cybersecurity Committee from 2014-2017.

Antony Ng is the co-founder and CEO of D'Crypt Pte Ltd, building high security assurance technologies and products for discerning military, government, institutional, and worldwide MNC clients. D'Crypt was acquired by Temasek International in 2019.

Prior to D'Crypt, Antony spent 9 years at DSO National Laboratories as its first Distinguished Member of Technical Staff and Head of R&D in Advanced Electronics and Signal Processing. He is the winner of 1998's Defence Technology Prize. Antony was also an Adjunct Lecturer at NUS, where he helped to start the Computational Science Programme in the Faculty of Science. Antony obtained his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 1991. He received Berkeley’s Outstanding Graduate Student Instructor award in 1988, an AT&T Postgraduate Scholarship, and a UC Regents Fellowship, as well as an NCB Undergraduate Scholarship.

Prior to joining Panoramic Power, Vardi was Co-founder and Managing Director of Sparta Systems EMEA, successfully driving its operations to be the leading provider of QMS in the Life Science industry, and leading the company to a successful acquisition. Based on his wealth of experience, Vardi brings vital knowledge of operational direction and strategies as a board director and chairman in different companies in Israel, Europe, and the United States.

Vardi graduated Magna Cum Laude from the New Jersey Institute of Technology majoring in Industrial and Management Engineering and Management of Information Systems and served in the Israeli Air Force for five years.

A four-star Army general, GEN Alexander was previously the highest-ranked military official of USCYBERCOM, NSA/CSS, where he led these DoD agencies during the conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq when attempted cyber attacks against the U.S. were on the rise.

Before Armis, he ran global sales and business development for Adallom, a cloud security company which was acquired by Microsoft. He served the Israeli Defense Force, specifically in cyber security Unit 8200, where he met Armis CTO & Co-Founder Nadir Izrael.

Yevgeny graduated at the top of his class from Technion, the top technical university in Israel, with a BS in Computer Engineering.

Mark has led investments in early stage technology companies in a variety of roles since 2003 and has developed a particular passion for security, driven by the size and significance of the problem.

Most recently Mark was a partner at Fairhaven Capital where he led investments in Cylance, CounterTack, Celtra, and Trust Digital (acquired by McAfee). He also served as a board member of Co3 Systems and Digital Guardian.

Prior to Fairhaven Capital, Mark was a Managing Director for Motorola Ventures, and ran the West Coast Operations in Sunnyvale. There he led investments in Danger (acquired by Microsoft), Foundstone (acquired by McAfee), Lumidigm (acquired by HID Global), SkyBitz (acquired by Telular) and Mesh Networks (acquired by Motorola).

Mark received his MBA from York University and earned a Bachelor's degree from McMaster University in Canada.

He also consults with Blackstone on various areas of cyber security strategy and investing, and he is currently co-leading Blackstone’s portfolio company CISO community. Prior to joining ClearSky, Leek was the Chief Information Security Officer for Blackstone, where he also worked with their information security investments and portfolio companies. Over the past 20 years, Leek built and headed up global information risk and security programs for Equifax and Nokia and also worked as a Product Manager as well as a Consultant to telecom companies, government agencies and financial institutions assisting them with strategic planning and architectural design required to meet their information risk and security objectives.

Yuval is a Partner and Executive Chairman of Team8, where he provides overall business leadership to the Group. As an "investorpreneur", Yuval provides guidance and mentoring to a broad range of founding teams and is involved as a co-founder, board member or investor in a broad portfolio of companies. In his previous role, Yuval was the co-founder and General Partner of New York/Israel based venture capital firm Marker-LLC, as well as the investment partner of Eric Schmidt-backed Silicon-Valley/Israel based Innovation Endeavors (merged with Marker). In these capacities Yuval sourced/led early stage investments in companies such as Team8, Aorato (Microsoft), Datorama (Salesforce), Eko, OwnBackup, Qwilt (co-founder, chairman), Taboola, Tufin (NYSE: TUFN), Unbound (chairman), Yotpo, and others.

Yuval has a BSc in Math and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, holds a variety of patents and has contributed to a variety of telecommunications standards.

Derek Vadala is the CEO of VisibleRisk, a joint venture between Moody’s Corporation, a global integrated risk assessment firm, and Team8, a cybersecurity-focused company creation platform. Derek leads a team that is focused on creating a standard benchmark for communicating cyber risk to Boards of Directors and senior business executives in order to improve the global dialog about this important issue.

Prior to leading this venture, Mr. Vadala was the Global Head of Cyber Risk for Moody’s Investors Service, responsible for developing capabilities for evaluating cyber risk and incorporating those capabilities into credit analysis. Prior to this role, Mr. Vadala served as the Chief Information Security Officer for Moody’s Corporation from 2013-2018, where he was responsible for global information risk and security across Moody’s businesses worldwide. He has over 20 years of experience in information security and technology management and has spoken and published on topics including security risk management for large enterprises and systems administration.

Tom Glocer was the former CEO of Thomson Reuters between 2001 and 2011. He had initially joined the firm in 1993 and held a number of senior leadership positions at Reuters, including President of Latin America and President of America. Before joining Reuters he had worked as a merger and acquisitions lawyer for the American law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York, Paris and Tokyo.

Tom is a director of Merck & Co., Morgan Stanley and Publicis Groupe; a member and former director of the Council on Foreign Relations, a US think tank specializing in US foreign policy and international affairs.

Tom holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Columbia University and a J.D. from Yale Law School.

Nadav holds an LLB from the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Centre and an MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati International Executive MBA program at Tel Aviv University.

Song Hwee is the Deputy CEO of Temasek International. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES which has integrated with Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing.

Before the integration, Song Hwee served as Director of the Board, and President and CEO of Chartered from 2002 to 2009. He has also held various senior management positions at Chartered, which he joined in 1996.

Mel Immergut is the former Chairman of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, having

served in the role from 1995 to 2013. He was a partner in the firm's Corporate Group beginning in 1980 specializing in corporate governance, board advisory and transactional work, including M&A transactions, financing transactions and leveraged leasing.

Mr. Immergut is currently a senior advisor to Palo Alto based venture capital firm Innovation Endeavors LLC and to Paris based investment firm Wendel. He is also an adjunct professor and adjunct senior research scholar for National Security Law at Columbia Law School. He is also a senior advisor to IHS Towers. Mr. Immergut is a member of the board of directors of ISTARI, the holding company of cyber assets of Temasek, the sovereign wealth fund of Singapore, as well as the board of directors of Crisis Prevention Institute. He is also a senior advisor to Team8 cyber security and Sygnia cyber consulting.
